Ms. Sally Najeeb

Development and Humanitarian Project Manager | Iraq

Sally Najeeb is a development and humanitarian project manager from Iraq, working with civil society organizations. She was among the 10 young researchers shortlisted to present their research at e-AGE25 bringing her perspective as an emerging researcher from Iraq to the conference.

She also participated in the Empowering Women Entrepreneurs – Choose Your Path workshop, held alongside e-AGE25 in Amman, where she explored how research and scientific knowledge can contribute to development initiatives and community impact.

In this short interview, Ms. Najeeb reflects on the lessons she gained from the entrepreneurship workshop, the challenges she encounters in her work with communities, and the importance of understanding local realities when designing development initiatives.

The main issue wasn't the technology, but rather the various community limitations.
