Empowering Women Entrepreneurs – Choose Your Path Workshop
On 30 November 2025, just prior to e-AGE25, ASREN hosted the Women in STEM: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs – Choose Your Path workshop in Amman, Jordan, funded by the EUMEDplus project. This full-day, hands-on workshop was designed to equip women with practical tools, insights, and confidence to pursue innovative ventures and leadership roles in STEM and entrepreneurship.
The workshop brought together regional experts, mentors, and participants, creating an interactive environment for learning, collaboration, and networking. Sessions covered critical topics including grant writing and funding, AI and digital transformation, open science and open-source tools, and digital marketing, branding, and science communication. Participants engaged in practical exercises, discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities, fostering both individual skill development and cross-regional collaboration.
Feedback from attendees highlighted the workshop’s impact: participants praised the clarity of presentations, the opportunity to connect with peers from other countries, and the exchange of knowledge and hands-on learning experiences. The workshop successfully reinforced ASREN’s commitment to empowering women in STEM, offering actionable guidance to advance entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership across the region.
